Our Mission

At Dalo Acres Animal Sanctuary, our mission is simple but powerful:
We provide a Christ-centered sanctuary where rescued animals find healing and hope — and where children learn responsibility, compassion, and the value of caring for something beyond themselves.

Through hands-on experiences with animals, we give kids the opportunity to grow, heal, and develop life skills in a safe, supportive environment. Every animal we rescue becomes part of that mission — teaching, inspiring, and changing lives along the way.

Our Vision

We believe in a world where every animal — and every child — is given a second chance. Our vision is to grow Dalo Acres into a lasting refuge for both, expanding our sanctuary and our programs to impact even more lives in Cache Valley and beyond.

With community support, we aim to:
✅ Rescue more animals in need of a safe and loving home
✅ Expand youth agriculture and responsibility programs
✅ Build new facilities, including a larger barn and educational spaces
✅ Offer a place of peace, faith, and connection for our entire community

Our Impact So Far

Thanks to our growing community of supporters, volunteers, and donors, Dalo Acres has already:
🐐 Rescued and rehabilitated dozens of animals — goats, pigs, cows, chickens, and more
👧 Launched youth programs focused on responsibility, compassion, and hands-on learning
🌱 Created a space of healing for animals and people alike — where faith, hope, and hard work come together
