What does my donation support?
Gifts help with feed, bedding, shelter, fencing, animal-care supplies, and current sanctuary priorities. General gifts allow Dalo to respond where help is most useful.
Is sponsorship the same as adoption?
No. Sponsorship supports care; it does not transfer ownership of an animal. Sponsorship product pages are one-time contributions. Use the giving form for a recurring monthly gift.
Who founded Dalo Acres?
Jon Conklin founded Dalo Acres and originated its idea and vision. Paula Gilsdorf serves as president, with the board and supporting leadership helping steward the organization.
