Jon Conklin — Founder & Executive Director
Jon built Dalo Acres from a simple act of compassion into a growing refuge. Drawing on his background in animal care and business, he leads with purpose, integrity, and a deep belief that both people and animals deserve a second chance.

The board includes community leaders, educators, and advocates who oversee compliance, budgeting, and mission alignment. Together, they ensure every decision reflects stewardship and sustainability.
