Your receipt is the record of your gift.
Quick answer: After checkout, keep the confirmation sent to the email address used for the donation. It should show the gift amount and transaction details you need for your records.
What to keep
- The checkout or donation confirmation email.
- The date and amount of the gift.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Any memorial or dedication details you sent separately.
If the receipt does not arrive
- Check spam, promotions and other filtered folders.
- Search your inbox for Dalo Acres or the Shopify order confirmation.
- Use the contact page and include the donor name, gift date, amount and email used at checkout. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
