This website is operated by Dalo Acres. It provides sanctuary information, donation and sponsorship opportunities, merchandise, and ways to get involved. Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or completing a transaction.
Donations and sponsorships
Review your gift amount, giving frequency, and any optional fee contribution before completing checkout. Completing a monthly donation authorizes recurring charges according to the amount, schedule, and terms presented at checkout.
Animal sponsorships do not transfer ownership, adoption rights, or possession of an animal. Memorial sponsorships honor an animal’s memory while supporting continuing sanctuary work.
General gifts support the sanctuary’s mission and changing priorities. Review any specific purpose or benefit described on a campaign or sponsorship page before giving. Contact us before making a gift requiring a formal restriction, recognition commitment, or special arrangement.
Merchandise and checkout
Review the product description, selected options, quantity, price, delivery information, and total before placing an order. Product availability and details may change.
Merchandise purchases and charitable donations are different transactions. Buying a product is not automatically a charitable donation.
Contact us before ordering if you need clarification or believe a listing contains an error.
Monthly giving and cancellation
Recurring gifts continue according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Use any subscription-management link provided in your confirmation or contact us for help changing or cancelling future gifts.
Cancelling future charges is separate from requesting a refund of a completed donation.
Visits, volunteering, and animal welfare
A donation, purchase, or website inquiry does not reserve a sanctuary visit or volunteer activity. Visits and service activities must be arranged in advance.
Do not drop off animals or supplies without prior approval. Follow sanctuary instructions, animal boundaries, and any additional requirements for an arranged activity.
Third-party services and links
Shopify and other service providers support checkout, payments, subscriptions, and website functions. External websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. Dalo Acres does not control the operation of external websites.
